I am passionate about equipping and empowering mothers with the knowledge and confidence they need for

a positive birth experience and breastfeeding journey. There is no greater joy than walking alongside a mother during these transformational experience!

I have worked in community health as a Doula, childbirth educator, and lactation counselor since 1996, and birth assistant for the past year. In my first year of community health, I launched a breastfeeding program to educate mothers on breastfeeding and provide one on one support. I have also had the opportunity to contract with many organizations and educate local businesses on best practices for supporting their employees in their breastingfeeding journey when returning from maternity leave.
